How to make machine order , how to deliver product?
Firstly shsould be known that this web site is made inside of Republic of Turkey borders. Therefore, All deliveries condition based on according to inside of Republic of Turkey border adresses and prevail tax system.
Of course; We can send our products, machines to foreign countries but foreign countrys’ custom procedure like custom tax and Works, forwarding costs ..etc. belong to you.
If you like, we can talk our custom consultant and forwarding agent to send product from Republic of Turkey to your country on condition that all costs for you. We can proceed the sales process.
Simply all presnted prices and added tax of products & machines are valid for inside of Republic of Turkey.
Let’s say, you want any product to make it deliveried inside of Turkey that you want to buy.

In order to take your order into sending procedure money transfer should have been made to the given bank accounts or the payment should have been paid with the credit card.
Althoug order is approved via e-mail if you did not make the payment, that does not mean any product will be deliveried.

Normally after order confirmed and bank transfer approved 2 days for İstanbul and 3 days for other cities via courier that you want ( if you state any courier, we can send via it.) or you do not state courier we send with which we agreed with VARAN cargo.
The orders which are given on friday after 10:00 am enter to system for Monday. We are not working at weekend and during bayrams.
Order delivery
The orders which are given inside İstanbul after bank tranfer approved within 3 days ( Monday – Friday ), for out of İstanbul after bank tranfer approved within 5 days ( Monday – Friday).
The order which is given after 10:00 am, lt enters to system for the next day.

Products are insured at courier but ;
Products are insured until it arrives to you but should open the package and check the product (hitting, breakdown, any damage) when you receive and arrange report to courierman if you see any damage at product, then İn this case New product will be sent to you.
