Inside Republic of Turkiye borders;

Sold all products in our company, are original and have full guaranty, there is not spot product. Guaranty time is minimum 2 years for all products, however there are some products more than 2 years.

The Industry and Trade Ministry standart rules are valid for guaranty conditions, Simply hittings, breaks, user faults, wrong usings, against purpose usings, electric system unbalanced and water system unbalanced and unsuitable working conditions’ failures are out of guaranty.

Outside Republic of Turkiye Borders Guaranty Extent;

All products which are exported has minimum 2 years spare part guaranty. Exported products has only spare part guaranty. Mounting failure product to machine is out of guaranty.( not include workmanship).

Breakdown in foreign country and if failure is in under guaranty ( there is no hittings, breaks, user faults, wrong usings against to purpose, electric system unbalanced and water system unbalanced.. etc) you should send the failure part to us and after examining the part and approved the product failure, new spare part will be sent to you free of charge. If the failure is seen as out of quaranty during examination , spare part price will be requested from customer.

Also ; In exported whole sales;

To you; For your probable spare part needs whatever unguanrantied or guarantied, we are giving a spare part package free of charge.

Spare part keeping.....

For all native and imported products, we are keeping availbale spare part along the productive using time ( generally 15 years ). Therefore we guaranty you will never live spare part problem along 15 yeras. However this is standart practice which is ruled by The Industry and Trade Ministry.
Therefore You can take your right from other sellers.
